Refund Policy

Genesis Evo sells access to AI-powered capacity, memberships, credits, exports and related digital services. Refunds are handled with usage, abuse risk and applicable law in mind.
1. General Rule
Payments are generally final once capacity, credits, membership access, artifacts or model usage have been made available or consumed, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel future renewal when account billing tools are available. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved by Genesis Evo.
3. Credits And Capacity
Cognitive Energy, top-ups, model council runs and artifact exports may be non-refundable after allocation or use. Abuse, fraud, chargeback risk or policy violations may suspend credit use.
4. Failed Or Duplicate Charges
If you believe a payment failed incorrectly, duplicated, or did not apply to your account, contact support with the account email, payment time and receipt information.
