Start with Google. Add verification only when you choose a feature that needs it. Keep your private identity separate from the name others see.
This page explains the planned account framework. It does not accept phone numbers, identity documents, passports, selfies or face templates. No badge or sensitive feature is unlocked here.
Choose the evidence a feature actually needs.
Your Google account
Registration stays Google-only. A verified Google sign-in identifies the account you control; it does not establish your legal identity or prove you have only one account.
A verified contact
An optional email or SMS challenge would confirm access to that address or number at that time. Neither proves that two accounts belong to different people. This is an additional check, not another registration method.
A verified identity document
Where justified and permitted, an optional identity card or passport check could support a verified private identity. EVO must first explain why the specific feature needs it and whether a less intrusive alternative is available.
A verified document holder
For a justified higher-risk feature, a live selfie or a selfie with a document could help confirm that the person presenting it is its holder. Any face matching needs its own notice and consent; a photo alone is not a universal proof of personhood.
These are evidence categories, not a public score of your worth. More evidence does not replace your approval, authorize an agent to act or guarantee another member’s trustworthiness.
Restrictions follow the action, not your daily work.
Everyday AI work
Conversation, saved Work, selected documents, memory choices and local models.
No extra identity tier. Existing availability, plan limits and permissions still apply.
Social and EVO Mail
Future public reach, unsolicited messages, bulk sending and external delivery.
The proposed external-mail and direct-message checks require a verified contact (V1), risk checks and fresh authentication. Wider public reach or higher volume would require purpose-appropriate evidence, not a blanket V3 rule. Reading your own mail, drafting and existing internal-Mail permissions do not require extra identity verification. These future actions remain closed.
Money and transfers
A possible future financial service, not an active EVO wallet or currency.
Identity verification alone cannot enable it. Applicable licensing, partners, age and regional eligibility, limits and a separate approval are still necessary.
Business services
A verified organization and people authorized to represent it.
Organization verification requires registry evidence and representative authority; domain or email control alone is not enough. A separate organization-role grant and agreed service terms are still required. Verification does not activate a contract or grant access to a personal vault.
Who you are and how safely you sign in are different.

Protect the current session.
Current sign-in relies on the verified Google session. Separate reauthentication for sensitive actions, stronger authentication and expanded device or recovery controls are not enabled by this page. A document check cannot turn a stolen session into a safe one.
O · ORGANIZATION VERIFICATION
Verify the business and its representative.
Business-domain control, registration evidence and an authorized representative are separate checks. An enterprise badge would identify the verified organization, not expose staff identity documents or make personal activity visible to its administrator.
Discuss a business workflowOne private primary identity. A public name you choose.
The aim is to reduce duplicate primary accounts while supporting recovery, changed contact details and legitimate business roles. Google, email and SMS alone cannot guarantee one person per account. Even document and live-person checks can be wrong; a suspected match is not proof of fraud.
Personal legal names, phone numbers, documents and selfies are private by default. A public nickname can remain different. An organization’s public name and badge would be shown only with its published verification terms. Identity material is for account verification and necessary account protection, never advertising, sale, model training or personal profiling.

Do I have to verify my identity?
No. Extra checks are optional. Declining, withdrawing or receiving an inconclusive result does not remove ordinary AI capabilities because of your identity tier. A sensitive action may remain unavailable; unrelated availability, billing and account-abuse rules still apply.
Will someone inspect my identity documents?
The intended verification decision is automated, with no routine human review of identity documents or selfies. If the system cannot decide, use a permitted alternative or try again. Support may handle a request using its reference and status, without asking for documents by email. Any legally required disclosure must be handled under the privacy notice; this is not a promise that lawful access can never occur.
Can I challenge a wrong result?
Yes. The design includes a reason, correction, a fresh automated check or another permitted method, and a support route for rights and process errors. It does not promise manual identity adjudication. You can keep using ordinary AI while the identity requirement for a sensitive action remains unresolved.
Does a paid plan increase my verification level?
No. Subscription, personal verification, session security and organization verification are independent. Paying cannot buy a verified identity or bypass approval.
