How cloud allowances work

Plan names and multipliers

Core is the starting allowance. Pro · 5x and Studio · 20x offer five and twenty times that allowance over the same periods. Higher allowances mean more use, not a promise of faster or better answers.

Three allowance windows

Five hours covers short bursts of work. Seven days covers weekly use. The subscription period sets the overall allowance. Each applies at the same time.

What a reset changes

Paid five-hour and seven-day windows start from the subscription’s start time and stop at its end. A new short window does not refill the total subscription allowance. Free trial usage does not reset automatically.

What is not published yet

The absolute Core cloud allowance and its customer-facing usage unit are not yet published. Ratios alone are not enough to budget your work. Purchases stay closed; actual remaining percentages and reset times require verified account data.

OPTIONAL PREPAID USAGE

A service allowance, not a cash wallet.

Proposed prepaid packs are separate from plan membership. They would fund eligible cloud usage after the relevant allowance, according to final deduction rules. They do not increase the active Work limit or unlock unreleased features.
