What happens offline?
An installed local model can answer selected local text. Search, cloud models and new downloads need a connection. A failed local answer does not silently move to the cloud; automatic handoff after reconnection is still under test.
Local use and cloud allowances follow the proposed plans; checkout is closed and final terms are not yet published.
