Explain the decision with the work behind it.
Review what was proposed, what you approved and what was actually observed before presenting a recommendation to someone else.

The starting point
A team lead prepares a recommendation using EVO on their own Mac. Before discussing it with colleagues, they want to understand which conclusions have supporting material, which changes were applied and which questions remain open.
A polished final answer can flatten an entire working process into one confident paragraph. That makes it difficult to distinguish a reasonable suggestion from a verified change, or to explain why a later correction changed the recommendation.
What you bring
- A local Work containing the goal, saved outputs and relevant tool results.
- The proposals, approval decisions and current app-change records available for review.
- The team lead's current question: what is ready to recommend, and what still needs checking?
What EVO needs to understand
EVO's work record gives the reviewer more than the last message. A completed response is distinct from an accepted goal, and an approved proposal is distinct from evidence that a change took effect. This supports a more precise account of what the project can stand behind.
Working through it
Review the basis of the answer
Start with the goal and the saved results that support the recommendation. Separate evidence from explanatory prose, especially when an earlier answer described an action that had only been prepared. Keep unresolved questions visible.
Trace the meaningful changes
Inspect proposed changes, your decisions and the recorded outcomes. If a source or app item changed later, the earlier result should not automatically count as current evidence. Review what happened before deciding whether another step is useful.
Prepare a responsible handover
Use the retained work to explain the recommendation in your own review or discussion. The value is a clearer account of the reasoning and evidence available to you, not a claim that other colleagues already share the same workspace or permissions.
What you receive
- A local review of evidence, decisions and observed outcomes.
- A distinction between ready material and work awaiting confirmation.
- A grounded starting point for a recommendation or a discussion of team requirements.
When you come back
Keep later corrections with the same work and review them before starting another run. A new conversation should not turn an outdated outcome into a fresh verification just because the wording remains available in history.
Your information and choices
- Review your local work before deciding what to share outside EVO.
- Choose future action and cloud-data permissions independently.
- Raise team requirements through the business inquiry route without assuming enterprise service is already available.
Current scope
Implemented foundation
- Local Work history, reviewable proposals and applied-result records are implemented in the Mac development product.
Next milestones
- This example is one person's local review, not a released shared-team workspace or organization administration service.
- Enterprise SSO, organization-wide retention, compliance certifications and managed deployment require separate qualification. No audit certification is implied by a saved record.
