PERSONAL WORKSPACE

EVO Alpha

Pick up the work where you left it.

A Mac assistant in development, designed to remember the background to your work, explain what it found and ask before taking important actions.

EVO Alpha Mac development screen.
Development screen

DEVELOPMENT FOCUS

Work context
Keep useful background under your control.
Answers with a basis
See the source and recognise missing information.
Permission before action
Review important actions before they happen.
The longer view

The aim is a working relationship that lasts beyond a single conversation: less time repeating the brief, with the next step still in your hands.

Development preview only. Public downloads are not open.

NATIVE IPHONE WORKSPACE

EVO Alpha

Keep working when you leave your desk.

An iPhone app being developed to capture a request, collect useful context and continue work through EVO. It is designed to work without requiring a Mac.

DEVELOPMENT FOCUS

Made for iPhone
A native interface for quick capture and conversation.
Clear data choices
Distinguish device storage, private sync and cloud work.
Work that continues
Developing a connection to EVO’s wider work environment.
The longer view

A phone should be a useful place to begin and continue work, with a clear choice over what stays on the device and what uses a cloud service.

In development. Not available on the App Store or as a public beta.

TEAM DELIVERY

EVO Business

Know what is being delivered.

A prototype for small software, design and RaaS teams, bringing the brief, working files, review and handover into one place.

DEVELOPMENT FOCUS

Brief to deliverable
Keep the purpose alongside the work produced.
Versions in context
Make changes to the brief and result easier to follow.
Review and handover
Connect a decision to the version being handed over.
The longer view

Team progress should be visible in the work itself: what was requested, what changed, which version was reviewed and what still needs a decision.

Local prototype under evaluation. Public access is not open.

02 / INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE

Apps with a life of their own.

PET IDENTITY & LIFE

Project P

A life story that belongs to your pet.

An app being built around a pet’s own identity, connecting daily life, care and relationships as that life unfolds.

DEVELOPMENT FOCUS

Pet-first identity
A consistent profile, managed by its guardian.
Life and care history
Bring everyday observations and care records together.
Clear interpretation
Keep observations distinct from AI interpretation.
The longer view

The longer-term vision is a network where a pet’s identity can connect its life story, community and care. The first iOS work focuses on a coherent everyday experience for guardians.

In development. Care-related interpretation is not a veterinary diagnosis.

OFFLINE TRAVEL

CARRY

Your trip, even without the internet.

A travel app being built to prepare bookings, documents and useful trip information on your phone before you lose the connection.

DEVELOPMENT FOCUS

Offline readiness
Know what is available, beyond a download indicator.
Booking details you review
Keep uncertain extracted details open for confirmation.
Essentials on your phone
Prepare access to saved trip details and documents.
The longer view

Before departure, you should know which parts of a trip are ready to use offline—and which still need attention.

In development. Saved information is not a live travel update.

RENOVATION COLLABORATION

RenoOS

Understand how your home is taking shape.

A shared workspace in development for renovation teams and homeowners to follow project information, discuss changes and understand the next decision.

DEVELOPMENT FOCUS

A shared project record
Bring drawings, materials and site updates into context.
Changes and decisions
Help both sides follow what needs confirmation.
Explanation with sources
Developing AI explanations grounded in project records.
The longer view

Homeowners should be able to understand their project without learning construction jargon. Teams need a shared record that keeps explanations connected to the work.

In development. Project and commercial decisions remain with people.

03 / RESEARCH

What we are investigating.

We are pursuing three connected questions: how EVO Alpha 3B can understand a task, how a World Model can anticipate consequences, and how RSI might improve the way a system learns.

01 / EVO Alpha 3B

How can a local model learn from experience?

Our research into a compact language model for local use. We are exploring how it can understand goals, use tools and apply verified experience to tasks it has not encountered before.

  • Understanding goals
  • Learning from experience
  • Adapting to new tasks
Research prototype. The next model experiments are pending; no public release.

02 / World Model

Consider the consequences before acting.

We study how an AI can build an understanding of its surroundings from observations and feedback. The question is whether predicting different outcomes helps it choose a useful action—or recognise when it needs more information.

  • Understanding the environment
  • Anticipating outcomes
  • Seeking useful information
Small experiments in simplified environments are under way. Findings need broader validation; integration with the actual 3B model is not complete.

03 / RSI

Can the way a system learns improve too?

Recursive self-improvement research asks whether an AI can identify weaknesses in how it learns and reasons, propose changes and test those changes on new tasks. The aim is for later versions to build on improvements that hold up.

  • Finding capability gaps
  • Independent evaluation
  • Learning across versions
Research records and evaluation prototypes are in place. Effective self-improvement and integration with the actual model remain unproven.

Our aim is to bring these strands together: a local language model that understands the goal, a world model that helps it consider what could happen, and a research system that tests better ways to learn. Each strand is being developed separately; their integration remains research work.

04 / LONGER-TERM DIRECTIONS

Further ahead.

AGI CONCEPTS

What carries over to an unfamiliar task?

An open exploration of memory, reasoning and learning across different situations. General intelligence remains a research question, separate from the capabilities of today’s products.

AOS

A personal layer across applications.

A longer-term direction built on existing operating systems: work and useful context that can continue across applications. AOS is not yet a separately available product.
